Author Guidelines

  • Authors are invited to submit papers through this website by registering as author
  • Authors should read the IJEIT Guidelines
  • Download English template from Here and for Arabic version download it from Here
  • latex template can be downloaded from Here
  • The publishing request file can be downloaded from Here.
  • pledge file can be downloaded from Here
  • Author can know how the points of reviewing which can be downloaded from Arabic or English form
  • All papers are reviewed independently from our technology expert and author will get their acceptance / rejection notification after peer reviewed.
  • The copyright form which need to signed if the paper accepted can be downloaded from (Arabic of English form).

Subscription Orders

IJEIT is published in two issues per volume. A subscription order form is provided in this issue.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • Author should read IJEIT Guidelines.
  • The submission file (article) need to be submitted in pdf form without names, emails or any special information.
  • The author should also submit publishing request file which can be downloaded from the author's guidelines
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor). There is a file can be downloaded from author's guidelines (An undertaking(A pledge) stating that the work has not been published or sent to another conference or journal, also the request file must be signed by all authors of the paper).
  • Typing format as described in the template file which available as ( Arabic template, English template or latex file format).
