Manuscript Preparation

1. General Formatting

Authors are required to use the journal’s official manuscript template when preparing their submissions. Strict adherence to the template’s formatting guidelines throughout all sections of the manuscript is essential to ensure consistency and maintain academic quality.

2. Essential Sections

Manuscripts should clearly and systematically include the following sections:

• Title: Provided in both Arabic and English.

• Author Information: Names and affiliations presented in both Arabic and English.

• Abstract: Limited to 250 words or less, written in both Arabic and English.

• Keywords: Between 3 and 5 key terms, provided in both languages.

• Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion: Comprehensive and methodical presentation of the research content.

• Conclusion: Must address the study’s strengths, limitations, and practical applications.

• References: Formatted according to the IEEE citation style.

3. Language Requirements

Manuscripts may be submitted in either Arabic or English.
Accurate translations are required for the following sections: title, authors’ names and affiliations, abstract, and keywords.

4. Text and Visual Elements Formatting

Authors must fully comply with the journal’s template guidelines concerning text, headings, and paragraphs.

5. Figures

• Figures must be numbered consecutively (e.g., Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.).

• Captions should be placed below each figure.

• Figures must be of high quality, with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

• It is recommended to embed figures within text boxes to ensure clear presentation.

6. Tables

• Tables must be numbered consecutively (e.g., Table 1, Table 2, etc.).

• Captions should be placed above each table.
