Editor-in-Chief
- Dr. Mahmud Ali Eljaarani
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Tripoli (1991–1992) and a Ph.D. in Design Methods in Industrial Engineering (Computer-Aided Design) from the University of Pisa, Italy (2006). He currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing at Misurata University. He has extensive teaching and academic experience, along with participation in several scientific conferences and published research papers in the fields of manufacturing and engineering. He has also attended multiple training courses and possesses advanced skills in CAD software and reverse engineering techniques.

- Mustafa Idries Aburwais
He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (2019) and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (2014). He currently works as a lecturer and researcher at Misurata University. He has experience in programming, renewable energy, mechanical design, and engineering simulation techniques. He is proficient in multiple programming languages and engineering tools.

- Ali Mohamed Alajail
He structural engineer with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a faculty member at the Faculty of Engineering – University of Misurata. He has extensive experience in academic teaching, project supervision, and working with construction companies, in addition to participating in scientific committees and peer-reviewed journals. He possesses strong technical skills in design and drafting and is committed to enhancing the educational environment through research and innovation.

Advisory Editors
- Prof. Mohammed Elmusrati
Professor of Communication Engineering at the University of Vaasa in Finland. He holds a Doctor of Science in Technology from Helsinki University of Technology (2004) with distinction, and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Benghazi (1995). He currently serves as the Head of the Sustainable Autonomous Systems Program at the University of Vaasa. He has previously worked as a visiting professor, lecturer, and researcher at universities and research institutions in Finland, Sweden, and Libya. With over 25 years of academic experience, he has taught more than 20 courses in areas such as wireless communications, artificial intelligence, machine learning, game theory, smart grids, and control systems. He has supervised more than 20 PhD students and 80 master's theses, and has an outstanding research record with around 150 scientific publications, in addition to authoring two academic books.

- Prof. Mohamed Idris Salem Abozaed
Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Misurata University, holding a PhD in Electrical Power Systems from the National University of Malaysia (2008), a Master’s degree from University Putra Malaysia (2000), and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the Engineering Academy in Tajoura (1990). He currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Engineering and a Consultant at the Renewable Energy Center at Misurata University. With over two decades of extensive experience in teaching and academic supervision, he has taught various courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the fields of power systems, renewable energy, and power quality. He has made significant scientific contributions, including more than 10 papers presented at international conferences and 9 research articles published in peer-reviewed journals.

- Prof. Jamal Saleh Yassin
Mechanical Engineering Professor at Misurata University, holding a PhD from Bircham International University (USA, 2010), a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Ohio University (1986), and a Bachelor’s degree from Mosul University (1983). He has extensive experience in teaching, academic supervision, and consulting since 1983, and has participated in leading the Water and Environment Department at the College of Engineering. He has made significant research contributions in the fields of water desalination, solar energy, and exergy analysis, with over 25 published papers in conferences and scientific journals.

He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Durham University in the UK, and has over 20 years of academic and research experience. He currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Misurata University. His expertise focuses on production process management, quality control, and automation and optimization applications using artificial intelligence techniques. He has published several research papers in international scientific conferences and journals.

- Prof. Ahmed Mohamed Abushaala
Professor of Information Technology at Misurata University, holding a Ph.D. in Image Processing from the State University of Campinas, Brazil. He has served in various academic and administrative roles, including Dean and Head of Postgraduate Studies, and has published extensively in data compression, steganography, and AI. With strong experience in academic supervision and training, he actively contributes to curriculum development and national IT projects.

- Prof. Majdi Ali Ashibani
Professor of Telecommunications Engineering, holding a Ph.D. from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He has held several high-level positions including Chairman of the Libyan Post and Telecommunications Holding Company and Advisor to the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya for IT Security. He is the founder of multiple international postgraduate programs and has an extensive research record in next-generation networks, QoS management, and digital transformation, with several awards and international recognitions.

- Prof. Mohamed Mehemmed Shahin
A Professor of Civil Engineering, Dr. Shaheen holds a Ph.D. from the Czech Technical University (1998), an M.Sc. from Budapest University of Technology (1988), and a B.Sc. from the University of Tripoli (1981). With over four decades of experience, he has served in academia and public sector engineering, leading major infrastructure projects and holding leadership roles at Misurata University and the Libyan Academy. He authored two books in geotechnical engineering and has published over 25 research papers in international conferences, specializing in deep foundations, soil mechanics, and pile behavior.
